Description

Galactose PEG Succinimidyl Carboxymethyl Ester with superior quality specification of ≥90% Substitution.

Galactose PEG Succinimidyl Carboxymethyl Ester is a JenKem Technology high quality amine reactive PEG product with a succinimidyl carboxymethyl ester reactive group and a targeting galactose group. Galactose PEG SCM reacts with amino group of lysine(s) at room temperature in under 1hr, at pH 7-8. The presence of the galactose monosaccharide increases significantly the selectivity of the PEGylation reaction.

JenKem Technology offers Galactose PEG Succinimidyl Carboxymethyl Ester with MW 35000 (GALA-SCM-35K), in 1g and 10g packing sizes. Different MW of Galactose PEG Succinimidyl Carboxymethyl Ester products may be available by custom synthesis, please email us at tech@jenkemusa.com for details on custom PEGs. JenKem Technology provides repackaging services for an additional fee, please contact us if you require a different package size than our catalog selection.

Bulk PEGs and GMP grade PEGs are made-to-order. Please contact us for bulk pricing.
